Key Responsibilities:
- Own technical onboarding setup: APIs, integrations, data mapping, CRM config.
- Coordinate with Onboarding Manager from kickoff to go-live.
- Troubleshoot issues, build runbooks, track success metrics.
What We're Looking For:
- 3-4 years of B2B SaaS implementation or onboarding experience.
- Strong hands-on API and integration skills.
- Excellent communication and project management.
