What You'll Do:
- Own onboarding for newly contracted properties, from sales handoff through the first 90 days.
- Coordinate technical setup, data migration, and integrations with property management systems.
- Lead virtual and onsite training for property teams and drive adoption.
What You'll Need:
- 3–5 years in client onboarding or implementation at a B2B SaaS company.
- Experience managing enterprise rollouts and building SOPs.
- Strong organization, communication, and CRM skills (Salesforce, etc.).
What Success Looks Like:
- New properties go live on schedule and meet SLAs.
- Playbooks and automations you build are adopted across Client Services.
- You resolve complex launch issues independently and become a go-to resource.
