The Senior Business Recruiter will:
- Manage full-cycle searches, partnering with sourcers and hiring teams, and ensuring a process from start to finish.
- Advise hiring managers on role definition, market realities, and expectations to aid in decision making.
- Use data to improve search, refining the approach to accelerate progress, to improve consistency across teams.
The ideal candidate will:
- Bring 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in tech-enabled environments.
- Have experience hiring a variety of roles across non-technical functions.
- Manage searches with structure, balancing volume with attention to detail.
