Job Description
As a Compensation Manager:
- Facilitate corporate compensation programs like annual reviews, promotion cycles, and pay equity reviews.
- Design and deliver compensation structures and methodologies that can scale globally.
- Create compensation models, dashboards, and training materials for leaders and managers.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Partner with stakeholders and SMEs to address evolving business needs with innovative solutions.
- Manage relationships with emotional intelligence, curiosity, and integrity with internal and external partners.
- Develop policies and processes that support innovation and growth while ensuring compliance and minimizing risk.
Required Skills:
- 8+ years of relevant experience, preferably supporting technical organizations.
- Strong compensation analytics background in modeling and dashboards.
- Extensive knowledge of HR products and services with awareness of HR strategy in talent identification, attraction, and retention.
