What You’ll Accomplish:

  • Serve as the primary strategic partner and trusted advisor to assigned employer clients
  • Partner closely with Sales and Clinical teams to drive strong client engagement, long-term retention, and account growth
  • Materially grow Health Solutions revenue by serving as a PHM subject-matter expert and expanding PHM services.

How You’ll Spend Your Days:

  • Advising employers on the strategic and operational implications of serious and complex health conditions
  • Translating data, utilization trends, and outcomes into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders
  • Proactively identifying risks, opportunities, and growth paths within assigned accounts.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Experience managing and growing complex client relationships within healthcare, employee benefits, or health plan environments
  • Understanding of employer-sponsored health plans and benefits strategy
  • Ability and willingness to travel regularly to support client relationships
