About the Role:
- Support school music programs by connecting educators, affiliate dealers, and lesson programs.
- Own and grow a defined territory driving rentals, lessons, and program participation.
What You’ll Do:
- Build relationships with educators and school leaders to strengthen programs.
- Grow instrument rental participation and expand affiliate dealer partnerships.
- Plan events like recruitment nights and instrument trials to engage families.
What Success Looks Like:
- Educators trust you as a go-to partner and rental participation increases.
- Affiliate dealer relationships are active and productive.
- More students start and stay in music through lessons and programs.
