Job Duties:
- Greet patients virtually and provide outstanding customer service as the first point of contact.
- Manage electronic scheduling, data entry, and verification of patient information.
- Handle patient payments, maintain medical records, and perform administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
- High school graduate or equivalent with previous customer service or medical front office experience.
- Excellent telephone skills and proficiency in Word and Excel.
- Reliable internet connection, quiet home workspace, and flexible availability.

- Compensation is $20-$23 per hour based on experience.
