Responsibilities:

  • Identifying customer opportunities and pursuing commercialization, resulting in positive business growth.
  • Establishing and growing effective customer work relationships that are based on openness, honesty, and trust.
  • Meeting or exceeding Magnera budgeted revenue and profitability for assigned customers/markets.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or technical discipline or equivalent degree.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working in Sales/Marketing required, preferably in a manufacturing environment, preferably within an infrastructure environment.
  • Experience working in systems (i.e. CRM, ERP, Sales Forecasting)

Competencies:

  • Ability to build and maintain strong, collaborative working relationships
  • Must be detail oriented with excellent organizational and follow-up skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral within the corporation and at multiple customer levels
