Key Responsibilities:
- Setup of OpenText xECM SuccessFactors connection across multiple countries/legal entities.
- Implementation of interfaces and configuration of workspaces.
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams in a large, international project environment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3–5 years in IT roles with data processing and algorithm understanding.
- Programming experience and software architecture concepts knowledge.
- Networking, firewalls basic knowledge and operating systems familiarity.
Nice to have Skills:
- SAP SuccessFactors and OpenText xECM experience.
- Test case creation and troubleshooting abilities.
- HR process knowledge and experience in large-scale rollouts.
