Leadership and Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team across the LAC region. Foster a culture of client-centricity and continuous improvement. Empower the team to deliver outstanding results.

Client Success and Adoption: Own the success of LAC clients on Visa’s Pismo platform. Ensure effective onboarding and adoption of cloud-native banking and payment solutions. Monitor client usage and engagement to maximize value realization and satisfaction.

Strategic Planning and Collaboration: Develop and implement scalable client success strategies. Align these plans with Visa’s global standards and regional market dynamics. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Operations teams.
