Manager, Technology Delivery

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strong leadership and mentorship to the software development team.
• Develop project plans, allocate resources, and monitor progress for timely delivery.
• Offer technical guidance in architecture, coding standards, and troubleshooting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or related field.
• Seven years' experience in software development or related role.
• Three years' resource management and five years' senior or subject matter expert experience.
