Who You Are:

  • 6+ years of experience in operations, customer service, or customer-facing environment with 2+ years in program management and people management.
  • Current knowledge of content and knowledge management methodologies, tools, and data analysis skills.
  • Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and achieve alignment across the organization.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a team of Content Writer/Editors, co-owning knowledge base content strategy for frontline employees.
  • Drive go-to-market program, project, and process management for content and knowledge management across Operations.
  • Build a roadmap, prioritize initiatives, and coordinate across cross-functional teams to deliver strategic objectives.
