Job Description
Act as the primary point of contact and advocate for both retail and institutional clients and investors, providing knowledgeable and empathetic support.
Guide new users through the onboarding process, ensuring seamless account creation and verification, and educating them on Figure Markets and its products.
Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, proactively addressing concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction, while promoting brand recognition and loyalty through excellent support via phone, chat, and email.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting on various issues, triaging and routing technical bugs, and tracking them until resolution, while leveraging data-driven insights to provide strategic recommendations to the Product Development team.
Recommend modifications and additions to team documents, including policies and procedures, and create cohesive guides, flow charts, FAQs, and other content to support frictionless customer experiences.
