Job Description
The Complex General Liability Claims Specialist is responsible for identifying potential risks and managing reserves effectively, evaluating coverage issues and risk transfer opportunities, ensuring appropriate investigation, expert retention, counsel selection, and negotiation strategy. They must effectively communicate exposures internally and externally, formulating proper resolution strategies for the best outcome. Periodic travel may be required for mediations and trials. The role also includes other assigned duties.
