Bookkeeper

Role Overview:

• Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Ensure timely invoicing, collections, and payment application to support healthy cash flow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process customer and vendor invoices, track payments, and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support internal and external audits by providing records and documentation as needed.

Qualifications:

• 4-5+ years of proven bookkeeping experience with a strong understanding of accounting principles.
• Proficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, or Odoo.
• Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
