Data Foundation and Analytics Engineering:

• Design and maintain reliable data pipelines and analytical datasets from multiple sources.
• Establish metric contracts with clear definitions, calculation logic, and ownership.
• Improve data reliability, transparency, and usability as the HRIS ecosystem evolves.

Dashboards and Self-Service People Data:

• Own end-to-end delivery of leader-facing dashboards connecting people metrics to business outcomes.
• Design for self-service with intuitive personas, documentation, and feedback loops.
• Measure usage and trust to refine and expand analytics products.

Research and Advanced Analytics:

• Conduct targeted analysis on attrition, workforce planning, performance, and AI-enabled work.
• Apply statistical methods, forecasting, and predictive modeling with appropriate validation.
• Translate complex analysis into clear findings and actionable recommendations.

Partnership and Capability Building:

• Build trusted relationships with People leaders, Finance, HR Tech, and data teams.
• Shape an analytics roadmap balancing foundational data work, self-service, and research.
• Help leaders build confidence in using people metrics and insights.
