About the role:
- Partner with GTM/Sales leaders to align talent priorities with business outcomes.
- Work with exec leadership on high-impact business challenges.
What you'll do:
- Execute talent programs, comp, and retention strategies for GTM.
- Collaborate with COEs to deliver strategic people solutions.
- Travel quarterly for offsites and strategy meetings.
Minimum requirements:
- 6+ years in People Operations.
- Strong analytics and data-driven decision-making.
- Leverage AI to automate tasks in fast-paced environments.
