Role:
- Lead the People function through rapid scaling, owning HR, talent, and total rewards.
- Build infrastructure, programs, and practices with the executive team.
Bring:
- 12+ years People/HR experience, ideally scaling from 50–300+ employees.
- Expertise in compensation, performance, and employee relations.
How We Work:
- Distributed across North America, with hubs in the Bay Area and Provo.
- Expect up to 10% travel if you are not in a hub city.
