Role Overview:
- Executive leader of the People function across HR, Talent Acquisition, and People Operations.
- Partner with the executive team to connect People strategy to business strategy.
What You’ll Own:
- Set and execute a multi-year People strategy aligned to company goals.
- Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and compensation philosophy.
- Oversee People Operations including benefits, payroll, compliance, and employee relations.
Who We’re Looking For:
- 10+ years of progressive People/HR leadership experience, including 5+ years at Director/VP level.
- Experience scaling People functions in high-growth startups and managing distributed teams.
