Role Overview:
- Serve as primary point of contact for technical application support.
- Triage and resolve incidents across a modern, cloud-based loan management platform.
- Work directly with users, product, and engineering teams.
Technical Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot web browser issues, including cache, cookies, and developer tools.
- Investigate data discrepancies using SQL Server queries.
- Support .NET (C#) applications and Azure cloud environments.
Process & Collaboration:
- Log and track incidents in Azure DevOps.
- Validate fixes, communicate resolution updates, and create support documentation.
- Support application releases with smoke testing and post-deployment validation.
