Virtual Delivery Onboarding Representative

Responsibilities:

• Opens new consumer and small business accounts through digital platforms.
• Conducts outbound calls to engage members and indirect members for onboarding.
• Identifies lending opportunities and cross-sells products and services.

Qualifications:

• Minimum one year experience in customer service and sales within financial services or retail.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to actively learn.
• Effective profiling skills to uncover financial needs.
