About the Role:

  • Take full ownership of hiring for assigned roles across Egypt, Jordan, and Pakistan.
  • Drive sourcing, screening, scheduling, and offer processes independently.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead sourcing via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and conduct screening calls.
  • Design candidate workflows, maintain ATS records, and coordinate interviews.
  • Partner with hiring managers to align on requirements and keep hiring on track.

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of recruitment experience.
  • Excellent English communication and strong organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and comfortable using AI tools.
