Job Description

The Territory Manager is responsible for driving Brooks product sales and growth within their designated specialty accounts within a specific territory. You will manage specific sell-in and sell-thru aspects of business across Brooks categories including footwear, apparel, accessories, and socks. This includes managing seasonal sell-in and in-season sell-through across each of the designated accounts, generating strong and consistent growth results against our annual goals in revenue and profit. Responsibilities include collaborating with sales management to deliver against yearly strategic sales goals, achieving and analyzing backlog goals, managing inventory levels, developing monthly business reviews, and influencing external stakeholders. This role also involves developing and leading seasonal product presentations, collaborating cross-functionally on sales programs, partnering with local Brooks Guru, building relationships with key stakeholders, providing field feedback, and traveling to accounts. You must be based in the Northern California area for this position and able to travel up to 50% during peak season.
