What You'll Do:

- Design reusable plays, lead routing, and automated hand-offs with Growth and BDR.
- Own scoring, intent, enrichment systems and set the AI standard with agent workflows.
What You'll Bring:
- 6+ years of marketing ops experience in B2B SaaS, leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Expert HubSpot, Salesforce, and routing tools, plus advanced SQL and data modeling.
- An AI builder's mindset using Claude Code, Cursor, and Clay.
