Job Description

This role involves partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements and translating them into talent pool hypotheses. The candidate will use LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other sourcing tools to identify active and passive candidates. A key part of the role is screening and assessing candidates to ensure alignment with role requirements and organizational culture.

The role also includes generating high-quality candidate names for the recruiting team to engage and manage outreach. Leverage AI-powered tools and large language models (LLMs) to enhance sourcing efficiency and accuracy. Additionally, the candidate will be expected to maintain urgency and attention to detail.

The ideal candidate will refine sourcing strategies and improve candidate pipelines, demonstrating self-motivation and growth orientation. Furthermore, the ideal candidate will translate role visualizations into actionable talent pool strategies and deliver results quickly.
