What you’ll own:
- Own U.S. hiring end to end, partnering with hiring managers and the Director – HR.
- Build and run onboarding to get new hires productive from week one.
- Champion Dozee's culture in the U.S. and be the single point of contact for all HR, travel, and admin questions.
Experience we’re looking for:
- 3–7 years of HR experience in fast-scaling companies.
- Experience in recruiting and onboarding end to end.
- Working knowledge of U.S. employment law and compliance.
