Global Director - Accounts Receivable

The Role:

• Lead the global Order-to-Cash finance process, overseeing billing, invoicing, cash application, collections, and credit policy.
• Ensure revenue is billed accurately, collected efficiently, and reported consistently across all countries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own AR process including customer setup, billing readiness, invoice issuance, collections, cash application, dispute tracking, and month-end close.
• Partner with operations, project management, sales, legal, tax, treasury, and local finance teams to resolve invoicing and collection barriers.
• Develop AR reporting and metrics like ADD, aging, collection effectiveness, and high-risk exposure.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 8+ years of AR, order-to-cash, billing, collections, or accounting operations leadership experience.
• Experience in professional services, consulting, or multi-country environments preferred.
