Job Description
This role involves owning sourcing, outreach, screening, interviews, and closing for technical roles such as quantitative developers, protocol researchers, and full-stack developers. Responsibilities include building and maintaining diverse, high-quality pipelines across multiple functions, driving an exceptional candidate experience, and leveraging on-chain reputation tools and crypto-specific hiring channels. The Technical Recruiter will work directly with engineering leadership to deeply understand their hiring needs, advise hiring teams on best practices, maintain structured hiring pipelines, and proactively suggest improvements to hiring processes. The work includes regular in-person company retreats.
