Job Overview:

  • Use telephone, email, and fax to verify current and previous employment, education, licenses, and certifications.
  • Process pre-employment screening orders per contractual agreements and client standards.
  • Provide professional service to third-party verifiers and applicants.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Log clear and detailed notes documenting research steps and actions taken on screening.
  • Analyze collected data and personal documents to evaluate relevance and applicability.
  • Conduct scheduled virtual meetings with new employees to complete Section 2 of Form I-9.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Expert computer skills including Internet searches and database lookups.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high English proficiency.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and be a team player.
