Partner Marketing Manager

Accountabilities:

• Own the planning and execution of recurring partner marketing campaigns from strategy to rollout and measurement.
• Build and maintain a library of partner-ready marketing materials including co-branded creative and enablement resources.
• Lead regular partner training sessions and manage monthly newsletters and partner communities.

Requirements:

• 5–8 years of marketing experience with several years in HVAC, home services, or contractor-facing industry.
• Broad hands-on expertise across campaign management, content, partner marketing, and program execution.
• Strong experience with email programs, online communities, and social channels like Facebook and YouTube.
