Job Description

Time to value:

  • Enable effective customer deployment and customization of the Xpanse platform.
  • Create and execute technical implementation plans, including onboarding, training, and security analysis.
  • Provide technical guidance throughout the customer lifecycle.

Product Expert:

  • Stay informed about Xpanse features and updates.
  • Coach customers on integrating the tool into their workflows.
  • Conduct training sessions on Xpanse functionalities and best practices.

Collaboration:

  • Work with Product, Engineering, Account Health Management and Sales teams.
  • Serve as the customer's advocate and manage technical issues.
  • Ensure appropriate resolution with support from colleagues.
