Job Description
Time to value:
- Enable effective customer deployment and customization of the Xpanse platform.
- Create and execute technical implementation plans, including onboarding, training, and security analysis.
- Provide technical guidance throughout the customer lifecycle.
Product Expert:
- Stay informed about Xpanse features and updates.
- Coach customers on integrating the tool into their workflows.
- Conduct training sessions on Xpanse functionalities and best practices.
Collaboration:
- Work with Product, Engineering, Account Health Management and Sales teams.
- Serve as the customer's advocate and manage technical issues.
- Ensure appropriate resolution with support from colleagues.
