Senior Talent Management Partner

As a Senior Talent Specialist in the Performance Enablement team, you will play a crucial role in contributing to a comprehensive performance enablement program aimed at assessing and accelerating performance across Atlassian. You’ll maintain a deep understanding of enterprise talent needs, and drive the strategy, design, and execution of tailored solutions to meet those needs. This individual contributor role sits within the Performance Enablement pillar of our Talent Team, reporting to the Director of Performance Enablement. You’ll collaborate closely with Program Managers, Talent Partners, Human Resources Business Partners, subject matter experts, and business stakeholders to build and implement impactful solutions across the business. Responsibilities include building and nurturing collaborative relationships, developing a deep understanding of enterprise performance enablement needs, driving the creation and improvement of enterprise-wide solutions, supporting the development of new features in Atlassian’s performance management tool, and leveraging data to gauge the impact of your efforts.
