The role involves building and deploying effective recruitment marketing campaigns, sourcing candidates through various channels like resume databases, networking sites, social media, and deep web sourcing techniques. They also generate targeted lists of passive candidates and solicit referrals. The Senior Recruiter prepares candidates for interviews, provides timely updates, and conducts thoughtful phone interviews. They navigate difficult conversations, compare candidate qualifications with job specifications, and evaluate skills assessments. They also manage background checks and references, keeping candidates engaged throughout the process. They deliver a strong candidate slate for each requisition and proactively communicate the status of each search to the hiring manager.
