Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the Head of HR in coordinating and managing employment conditions and collective bargaining policy in Germany.
  • Advise HR managers on interpreting and applying collective bargaining law.
  • Develop tariff policy concepts and prepare for collective bargaining negotiations.

Qualifications:

  • Completed studies in law, business law, business administration, HR management, or equivalent.
  • Several years of experience with unions, employee representatives, and association work.
  • Strong knowledge of German union landscape, tariff policy structures, and labor law.

Additional Information:
