Employee Relations Advisor - 12 Month FTC

What the role involves:

• Manage a portfolio of complex ER cases from inception to resolution, including dismissals, appeals, and tribunal preparation.
• Act as operational anchor during business change, guiding leaders through restructures and redundancy processes.
• Legally safeguard the business by representing us in confidential grievances, disciplinaries, and collective consultations.

What you’ll need to succeed:

• Proven track record managing a highly complex, sensitive ER caseload in a dedicated advisory environment.
• In-depth knowledge of UK&I employment legislation and experience with change programs, restructures, and tribunal preparation.
• Pragmatic problem-solving with a commercial mindset and strong stakeholder management skills.
