Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and guidance to multiple sales representatives on the Compliance Sales Team.
- Develop and oversee the execution of advanced sales strategies that align with organizational objectives.
- Drive significant revenue growth through innovative sales initiatives and market expansion.
Qualifications:
- BS/BA degree or equivalent experience; 5+ years leadership experience.
- Minimum of 7 years in sales in the software or information services industry, healthcare experience preferred.
- Strong presentation, management, and negotiation skills; process-oriented approach to selling.
