Job Description

As a Books Account Executive you will be responsible for maintaining business with current customers and growing the territory with new business by identifying and selling the EBSCO Books suite of products (GOBI, EBSCO eBooks & Mosaic). The Account Executive is responsible for developing new customers and maximizing selling opportunities. Through a consultative sales process, the successful candidate will provide library workflow solutions designed to increase library efficiency, retain current sales, generate and pursue new business opportunities, and build customer loyalty. The Account Executive sells EBSCO Books products and services to assigned accounts through telephone, e-mail, and virtual meetings and provides monthly assessment of territory sales, trends, and opportunities. Recommending product and workflow/service solutions to increase library efficiency by providing support, training, information, and data driven guidance to assigned libraries.
