Weβre looking for a Senior People Business Partner to join our People team and serve as a strategic partner and trusted coach to our CTO, VP of Eng, and VP of Product. Our PBPs are embedded in the business. They know whatβs happening on the ground, anticipate needs, and use their people expertise to make the work of leading teams simpler and more impactful. This is a high-trust, high-autonomy role where youβll help redefine what great partnership looks like β not by owning every initiative, but by translating company-wide strategy into action at the division level.
Youβll act as a thought partner to your divisionβs leadership team on org design, team health, talent planning, and change management. Proactively surface risks and opportunities across the team, using both data and judgment. Lead talent calibrations during quarterly performance review cycles, helping identify key talent, retention risks, and performance concerns. Help managers apply people programs and practices in a way that fits their teams.
