RPA Customer Engagement Specialist

About the Role:

• This role helps expand the adoption of robotic process automation across federal healthcare organizations.
• You will identify operational challenges and connect them with practical automation opportunities.
• Success is measured by meaningful opportunities progressing from initial conversations to viable automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new RPA opportunities across healthcare organizations and supported groups.
• Build and maintain relationships with leaders and process owners, conducting process-discovery discussions.
• Develop outreach strategies and coordinate demonstrations, briefings, and customer-facing communications.

Requirements:

• Active Secret clearance and experience in customer engagement, account management, or business development.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical audiences.
• Familiarity with RPA, federal healthcare, and CRM tools is preferred.
