About the Role:
- As an Associate Client Success Manager, you will build loyalty and ensure long-term client success.
- You will gain deep understanding of our product and therapy workflows to support clients effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead question/answer webinars with clinical management and staff.
- Work with clients to prevent churn and help them realize product value.
- Collaborate with support and onboarding teams to improve client experience.
