People Systems and Solutions Manager

What You'll Do:

• Partner with People leadership and IT to shape a multi-quarter People Systems roadmap, recommend priorities, and own delivery of agreed initiatives.
• Translate complex business needs into simple, scalable processes and system configurations across the employee and talent lifecycle.
• Manage People technology vendors, ensuring platforms deliver measurable value and integrate effectively.

What You Bring:

• 7+ years of experience in People Systems, HR technology, business systems, or related fields, with a track record of delivering multi-quarter roadmaps.
• Strong business analysis and process design skills, including requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, implementation, and change management.
• Deep understanding of People data, reporting, governance, automation, and AI-enabled workflows.
