Role:
- Provide practical employment law advice to HR and Employee Relations teams.
- Manage investigations and litigation, partnering with outside counsel.
- Advise on compliance with U.S. and international employment laws.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of employment law experience in law firm or in-house.
- Active State Bar membership and J.D. from a top-tier law school.
- Strong judgment, communication, and strategic problem-solving skills.
Compensation:
- Base pay ranges from $140,000 to $190,000 depending on location.
- Eligible for bonus, equity, medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and parental leave.
