About The Role:
- Establish a high-impact referral engine.
- Partner with facility leadership, custody staff, and medical teams.
- Create structured, compliant pathways for incarcerated individuals.
What You'll Do:
- Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders.
- Develop tailored engagement strategies.
- Design and operationalize referral workflows.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience partnering with or selling into correctional systems.
- Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder partnerships.
- Strong ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholder groups.
