Job Description

The Gestionnaire des Opérations de Renouvellement will drive predictable revenue growth and operational excellence through our client renewal processes. This strategic role combines operational execution with analytical rigor, collaborating cross-functionally to optimize renewal outcomes, improve client retention, and evolve our GTM (Go-To-Market) organization for renewals and professional services. You will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable processes having a direct impact on revenue performance and client success. Main Responsibilities: Develop and maintain standardized renewal processes, workflows, and forecasting methodologies to maximize client retention and revenue growth over a 12-month period or more until closure. Create comprehensive renewal dashboards, conduct in-depth analyses of renewal trends and churn patterns, and generate actionable insights to guide executive decisions and optimize revenues. Collaborate with Sales, Client Success, Finance, and Product teams to ensure smooth renewal operations, align with account health indicators, and coordinate intervention strategies for at-risk accounts. Implement and manage renewal automation tools, establish account health scoring systems, and design early warning processes to proactively identify and address renewal risks. Lead and mentor renewal operations specialists and analysts, develop training programs, and create performance management frameworks to improve team efficiency.
