Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor IBM Sterling File Gateway platform and associated infrastructure for successful file transfers.
- Investigate and resolve file transfer failures, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Perform health checks and escalate issues to appropriate support teams.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience administering IBM Sterling File Gateway in production.
- Minimum 2 years Red Hat System Administrator experience.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
