About the Role:
- Support various B2B client functions including responding to calls and emails within SLAs.
- Foster strong relationships with financial institution partners.
What You Will Do:
- Communicate effectively with partners via calls and emails.
- Manage multiple time-sensitive tasks and identify cross-selling opportunities.
- Use Salesforce for logging interactions and tracking trends.
- Ensure compliance with procedures for client support activities.
What You Will Need:
- High school diploma or equivalent with minimum two years of related experience.
- Call center or contact center experience preferred, but not required.
- Experience supporting financial institutions is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
