About the Role:

  • Support various B2B client functions including responding to calls and emails within SLAs.
  • Foster strong relationships with financial institution partners.

What You Will Do:

  • Communicate effectively with partners via calls and emails.
  • Manage multiple time-sensitive tasks and identify cross-selling opportunities.
  • Use Salesforce for logging interactions and tracking trends.
  • Ensure compliance with procedures for client support activities.

What You Will Need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent with minimum two years of related experience.
  • Call center or contact center experience preferred, but not required.
  • Experience supporting financial institutions is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
