About the Role:

  • Own outbound candidate strategy across open roles, focusing on building pipelines of passive candidates from scratch.
  • Run high-volume, personalized outreach campaigns and stick with long sourcing cycles that don't pay off overnight.
  • Partner directly with hiring managers and leadership to determine where outbound effort matters most, and be the first impression of Zocks for potential candidates.

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years of sourcing experience, ideally from an agency, retained search firm, or in-house team built around outbound.
  • Real fluency in Boolean/X-ray search and other passive-sourcing techniques, not just LinkedIn filters.
  • A track record of engaging and converting candidates who weren't looking, with scrappiness and resourcefulness when obvious channels dry up.

Logistics:

  • Remote position, but only able to hire candidates in AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, ID, IL, IA, KS, MA, MI, NE, NJ, NV, NY, NC, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, WA, WI.
  • Background and reference checks required as part of onboarding.
  • Interview process includes a recruiter screen, up to three video/onsite interviews, and an offer pending references.

Benefits:

  • Health: Medical (100% employee premium covered), Dental (99% covered), Vision (99% covered), FSA with dollar-for-dollar match up to $500/year.
  • Time off: Unlimited PTO, paid sick time, and 11 paid holidays.
  • Family: 12 weeks fully paid parental leave for birthing parent, 6 weeks for non-birthing parent.
  • Financial: 401(k) via Guideline with pre-tax and Roth options, equity grant included in offer.
