Mid-Level Contracts Attorney

Core Responsibilities:

• Own the full contract lifecycle for imaging center agreements, diagnostic services agreements, and vendor agreements, from drafting to execution.
• Negotiate key terms like liability caps, indemnities, data privacy, and payment terms, escalating material issues with clear analysis.
• Build and maintain template libraries, negotiation playbooks, and CLM automations to scale a lean legal team.

Healthcare & Compliance:

• Prepare and negotiate business associate agreements and data processing agreements across affiliated professional corporations.
• Support HIPAA, state privacy laws, anti-kickback, Stark, and corporate practice of medicine compliance.
• Translate regulatory requirements into practical contract terms and workflows.
