Director, HRBP

As the Director, HR Business Partnership, your mission is to align our people strategy with Engine’s business strategy as we scale. You’ll partner directly with senior leaders across the enterprise on organizational effectiveness, leadership development, and cultivating a high-performance culture. You'll be both a strategic advisor and an operational leader, helping us attract, develop, and retain exceptional talent in a high-growth, fast-moving environment. You will bring leadership with 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in an HRBP role supporting high-growth tech companies.
