Job Description
Responsibilities:
-Own existing branch relationships and enable sales reps for new opportunities.
-Drive partner growth through engagement and enablement programs.
-Become the main point of contact for partners, providing product training and onboarding.
Requirements:
-5+ years of account management and/or relationship management experience.
-Experience managing partnerships in a business development environment with Roofing supply companies.
-Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
Qualities:
-An outstanding communicator able to foster long-term relationships.
-Well organized, diligent with note-taking, and punctual.
-A team-centric attitude adapting well to consensus decision-making.
